Baseball MAX starts Wednesday, October 20th at Gridiron Headquarters!
The Coquitlam Senior Reds & Redlegs will start their fall workouts with Gridiron in October. Sessions will run for 1 hour and 15 minutes on Wednesday and Friday evenings with a speed session on Sunday mornings! Contact us today for more info.
Gridrion’s Steve Hanson speaking at Basketball BC’s SuperConference featuring Bob Hurley Sr.!
Steve will be speaking on “How to Add Athletic Training into Your Practice”. Coaches will really appreciate this type of training and will help improve the overall athleticism of their players. Steve will give specific details on how to add acceleration, quickness and footwork into practices effectively.

Reggie adds another title to his extensive resume with his Canadian Fitness Professionals Personal Training Specialists certification.
Gridiron Graduate Jeff Tambellini is recalled for season opener against the Los Angeles Kings!
Jeff Tambellini, a graduate of Gleneagle Secondary in Coquitlam, spent the last four seasons with the NY Islanders before signing as a free agent with the Canucks on July 1st, 2010. Jeff will join a roster that has a legitimate shot at winning the Stanley Cup in 2011.

Gridiron Graduate Nehemie Kankolongo sees action as the University of Wyoming plays Texas on network television!
Nehemie saw limited action in the Cowboys loss to the previously #5 ranked Texas Longhorns on Saturday, September 11th, 2010. The Texans took it to Wyoming coming out with 34-7 victory in front of 80,000 fans. Nehemie finished with 1 reception for 3 yards and 1 carry for 5 yards in the loss.

Gridiron Graduate Corey Mace signs with the Calgary Stampeders!
After spending three seasons with the Buffalo Bills of the NFL, Corey Mace signs with the Calgary Stampeders after his CFL rights were traded from the Toronto Argonauts for non-import LB Tristan Black. Corey will join fellow Gridiron Graduate, Eric Fraser on a very tough Calgary defense.
